Express Student Counsel is an admission agency that aids students in getting admission. Admission into Romanian Universities is provided by the Ministry of Education and not the Universities, so this makes it difficult for students to get easy access to admission. We have also come to see that most students on arrival face a lot of challenges, for this reason we have put up a list of services which are rendered by the agency to see to that fact.
